Ahmed began in law — contracts, rights and obligations. Moving into running real businesses in Saudi Arabia, he found that a contract alone is never enough: it takes operations, collections, a team, and decisions whose outcomes he is accountable for.
As the work spread from the fleet yard to the factory, the shop and the building, he started building tools and systems for the problems in front of him, using AI to build and to produce. Each experience added a way of thinking, and over time they became one approach that brings together financial and contractual judgement, operational decision-making, and the ability to build.
That approach is what AGAMI HQ names. HQ stands for headquarters: the place that brings the directions of his work together under one identity.
The name came when Ahmed decided to turn his career into a personal brand, with a single aim: to bring all of his experience and work together in one place.
